How much is it estimated that this project would cost?
There is not a firm quote at this time, but an estimate is around 8 million. An architectural firm will be assessing the building in the near future to determine an exact amount for renovations.

Through grants, investors, benefactors and donors.
Would this raise taxes?
No. The Center For The Arts would function as a non-profit organization. It would not use any taxpayer dollars.
